Issue with Opera Mini VPN

Hello Team,

I would like to discuss with you regarding Opera Mini VPN which is creating issue in our organization, we have some security policy implemented in our organization regarding URL Filtering Through Cisco Scansafe, but on opera Mini that security policy is not working reason is Opera mini is using their Own VPN/Proxy so its not going through our Web Security Scansafe tower.

We have two options:

1. To block Opera browsers VPN at the firewall/ IPS
2. To remove Opera browser from all of our computers

We prefer option #1

Please tell us how to do option #1 otherwise we will go with option #2 can you help us in that.
