hai i am using opera mini beta about a year and love to use its features. However, last update (dated 02 march 2017) is not working in my phone. It shows "unfortunately opera mini beta stopped working" while opening opera mini beta. I couldn't trace problem. My phone details as follows, Moto E , Android 4.4.4

Why are there two Opera Minis (green labelled and black labelled) in Play store? The only thing different between them, I noticed, the black labelled can be open in Samsung's muli window.

last time i done this all of my bookmarks and saved pages are gone, my saved pages are like a lot so i can't just delete them all
now given that opera link is not accesible anymore on opera mini 7, is there any way to backup all of my data easily? including saved pages - if not possible, only bookmarks are okay

I'm an Opera Mini beta user in Taiwan and I'm keep seeing commercials concerning sex videos in the news feed of speed dial.

It's basically an ad leading to an adult live-streaming video community and I am seeing this kind of time every time I try to read some technology news in the news feed.
This is kind of disturbing because I think Opera is a pure browser, it should review its ads before publishing them. What if a little kid misclick it and download the app? Interestingly Opera can get paid of it.
So what I'm saying is please reduce this kind of ads(I don't know if other countries are showing this kind of ads but) at least please review them, thank you.
Hi - how can I edit the saved passwords in opera mini on my iPhone 6S+? This includes changing a saved password and enabling the saving of passwords on a site I previously chose to "never" save the password.

It's good, but I don't know how to add other search engines to Opera.
With Opera Mobile for Android, I just long-pressed the search box to do it, but Opera Mini dosen't float "add search engine".

I am glad to announce that there is a new Opera Mini for Windows Phone available. It was a really hot summer, and we had an exceptional heat wave here in Poland, but we managed to cook something special for your phones. A whopping number of 116 issues were fixed!
Here is what is new:

It has come to my attention that since the last update of Opera Mini for Android the drop down menu of the address bar overlaps the very address bar and I can't see what I type on it.

Why is android opera mini that the search website address there on the left have a 「lightning bolt icon」?
Does it means that the android opera mini is automatic connecting to 「Opera APN」to surfing internet?

I've been using Opera Mini (Stable & Beta) for many years.
Somewhere between the stable-22.0.2254.113472 and stable-23.0.2254.114353 something has changed that causes a net::ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS message when visiting a secure page (https).
The older version has no problem, but the newer version will show this error message when not in extreme mode (data saving on Wi-Fi is turned on and I'm on Wi-Fi).
The same also happens between beta-23.0.2254.114097 and beta-23.0.2254.114298.
The few other browsers I've tried on mobile (Android's default browser) and desktop (Chromium and Firefox on Linux) has no problem with this page.
since running om4a 23 i noticed a system account for opera mini, after deletion re-establishes itself.
undocumented functions, so i'm about to fall back on om4a 18, which also runs without google's youtube video player.

I wish to bring to Opera team's attention that recently, Opera Mini has stopped displaying images in news articles on dailymail.co.uk when the single column view "enabled".
Opera Mini displays the dailymail news webpages even worse when the single column view is "disabled".
Please look into this issue and fix it as soon as possible.

Opera Mini beta v.24.0.2254.115109
CMS used is Tiki.org (on VPS hosting, CentOS 6x, SSL certificate) tested on Android 5x, 6x (plus desktop versions listed below).
The feature in the CMS that does not work is a 'URL link' comprised of a URL plus the ending '&ItemId='
so when the user clicks on the hyperlink, they are sent to a specific page with empty fields in which their Item (entry in a database) is displayed for editing.
The error message is: 'Error, you do not have permission to view the page' (yet all permissions are set).
Some additional information for drawing parallels:
WORKS on: Android (5x, 6x), Opera Mini v.23.0.2254.114923
WORKS on: Desktop, Linux (Ubuntu 14.04,32-bit) Opera (44.0.2510.857) & Chromium (53.0.2785.143)
DOES NOT work on: any Windows7 (32-bit) browser (latest Opera, Chrome or Mozilla FF)
DOES NOT work on: desktop, Linux (Ubuntu 14.04, 32-bit) Mozilla FF (52.01,32-bit)
Did not test on IOS.
