Hello, I cannot visit http://m.bdcricteam.com with Opera Mini for Android (Opera Mini on iOS works fine). It always says "Could not locate remote server" while all other browsers work fine. Can anyone give me a clue what's wrong and how to solve this?

maybe you are interested to learn, that Google is almost always asking to solve a captcha in Germany when I use Opera Mini instead of Chrome. Since you even have a deal with Google I recommend to ask them not to fight the success of your nice browser. If you can't resolve this I wouldn't recommend to place a Google search link directly on the Opera Mini homepage since users just will encounter a bad user experience. --Tom
Is it possible for our mobile device management server to set favorites by sending data to the app on install? We are looking to deploy opera for IOS and are looking to set preset bookmarks and the home page from our MDM server. Can you help. Syncing to an account in cloud is not possible as there is more than 2000 devices.

OK, so it took me a long time to realise that I had an opera account. (created in 2013) now I see that there's a synchronise option, but not on WP8 handsets? sitter being missed here.

I would like to announce that we have released a new version of Opera Mini for Windows Phone. And, as some of you might have noticed already, we removed the ‘beta’ label from it. After the previous beta release, we saw a massive drop in crashes reported from your devices - they’re a ¼ of the previous level, so the product is quite stable - calling it a beta doesn’t quite fit.
But, on to the good stuff!
On to the details, here is the changelog, compared to the last beta:
* [WP-798] - Downloading - mp4 file is now recognized as known file type.
* [WP-806] - Downloading with known file type no longer gets stuck on the finish when Opera is installed on SD card.
* [WP-879] - The default image quality is now medium.
* [WP-968] - Only the remove option is left on long tap on a group in history.
* [WP-969] - After removing all items in history, the empty icon should turn up.
* [WP-979] - It is no longer necessary to press back twice to return from saved page to the Speed Dial.
* [WP-990] - Clicking back while a page is loading no longer results in a strange browser state.
* [WP-995] - Sizes and spacings in the intro have been adjusted.
* [WP-996] - The missing space on history entries has been fixed.
* [WP-1011] - T stop button works.
* [WP-1014] - Clicking on a minimized address bar shows the full version.
* [WP-1015] - The back button cancels text selection.
* [WP-1017] - The “select text” option works on links.
* [WP-1018] - Link feedback no longer stops working after a while.

When the next version for java is releasing? Its the anniversary of the last update of opera mini for java. Lots of bugs have been reported. I think the time has come to release a new version with bugs fixed & added new features.
Otherwise tell me whether opera has stopped working on java , if by chance I have missed the news.
I've recently acquired an iPad Air 2 & have downloaded opera mini to use as a browser. I'd really appreciate some simple and clear advice on how to add search engines (specifically start page, and duck duck go) to the browser so I can have alternatives to google. I use these browsers on my desktop & am happy prefacing searches with d or sp as required. Have failed so far to find any help so am hoping a forumite will help...many thanks.
In Opera Mini new version (after version from Opera Mini 8) there is a problem that if I directly download any file to a new tab then download dialogue box appeared but after click on something the tab automatically closed. For that it is impossible to copy the direct download link. There has so many users who need to copy the following download link for later use. So, Suggest to the Opera Mini's Developer Team that Please add the feature to copy any direct download link. And please bring back previous opera mini's multi tab system. The old one is better than this.
Currently I'm using Opera Mini 7.6.3 on Android 4.2.2 If any download fails it can't resume. Always restart the download.Also Opera Mini has poor download manager.Download speed is too slow. Also opera mini cannot load many webpage successfully.such as- adf.ly , ssyoutube.com etc. So, to go to this kind of webpage we need another browser because opera mini can't. If try to download any such big file over than 100 MB or 200 MB it often failed. Too bad
I've installed Opera Mini (7.1 and 8.0) and Opera Mobile on my Nokia 5800 with Symbian S60 (60.0.003.001.01) When accessing my Mail Provider via Opera Mini HTML-Browser mm.web.de or clubcenter.web.de i get the following error message since a few days: "It is not possible to complete this secure transaction" (in german: " Es ist nicht möglich die sichere Transaktion abzuschliessen"), "Secure connection fatal error (50)" Before this I was able to login to my mailaccount and access my mails. I wish to bring to Opera team's attention that recently, Opera Mini has stopped displaying images in news articles on dailymail.co.uk when the single column view "enabled".
Opera Mini displays the dailymail news webpages even worse when the single column view is "disabled".
Please look into this issue and fix it as soon as possible.
Hi, When i installed opera mini 7.6 on my phablet the tab bar (back, forward and reload) appeared on top of the screen instead of being down normally. Also since "single column view" not available on settings, i can't visit some websites. I want to use opera mini like mobile phone style on my phablet. Please help me.

I just noticed different beahviour in Opera mini on iPad and Safari. Opera can close dropdown based in CSS :hover with a click outside of the dropdown. In Safari this doesn't work.
Also the performance of the JavaScript scrolling event seems to be notable slower than on Safari.
I'm wondering where this different behaviour originates from since on iOS to my knowledge only Safari, resp. teh Safari WebView exists? Is there some documentation for developers what Opera does here?

I advice to make write the situation of opera link servers on the opera link site and make section for news about opera link...
Sure i have problem, my phone (nokia asha 303) using opera 8 and i have about 100+ bookmark i dont want to lost them, so i singned up account in opera and activated it and then tried to turn on opera link in my opera mini 8 browser,, then its login, and stuck on syncronzin your data for about 30 minute without doing any thing it just fake message, and i couldnt sync my bookmarks so i came here..!!
Also i ask the smart users is there any way to take the opera mini bookmarks to computer by any other ways??
Opera Mini can't start download from some website. And most of the file size is over 15 MB which opera mini can't start download and showed 'Failed' though currently using 3G data. While other browser is full ok to download the following files. I try to download the following files by other 4 browser (UC, Firefox, Dolphin and Android default browser) all browser is ok. Please someone help me, i cant access my email accounts! When i try to access "https://login.mail.com/login" a error message say that cant complete secure connection - error (50). I work properly in the page for many months up to the last access, aprox 30 days ago. I dont changed nothing, continue to work as usual. I have these mail accounts to use only from mobile but i cant login. I must access them, as usual! Somebody help me? Please, Opera Team, fix fastest as possible! Thank you very much.
